These terms govern the use of Gealize (the "site" or the "service"), operated by Gealize SL. By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you disagree, please stop using it.

Using the service

Gealize lets you create, edit and consult travel plans, plus read public itineraries. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

User accounts

You need an account to reach the private area. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under it. If you detect unauthorised access, contact us as soon as possible.

Content and intellectual property

Itineraries, texts and designs are the property of Gealize SL or its contributors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may quote our itineraries provided you link back to the original source.

Liability

We do our best to keep information accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or always up to date. Gealize is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, except as required by law.

Advertising

The site may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense). We do not endorse the advertised products or services and we are not responsible for the commercial practices of advertisers.

Affiliate links

Gealize includes affiliate links to travel partners (accommodation, flights, tours, insurance, eSIM, car rental, tickets, etc.). If you book or purchase through those links, we may earn a commission with no price increase for you. These links are identified by a specific icon in the interface. Terms, prices and availability are set by the partner; Gealize is not a party to the contract between you and the partner.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal changes or new features. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or with a prominent notice on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
